Colliers is a Canada-based diversified professional services and investment management company with approximately 15,000 employees in more than 400 offices in 68 countries.
The firm provides services to commercial real estate users, owners, investors and developers; they include consulting, corporate facilities, investment services, landlord and tenant representation, project management, urban planning, property and asset management, and valuation and advisory services. The organization serves the hotel, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail and residential property sectors.

The firm has headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. Annual revenues were $4.09 billion in 2021. In June 2015, it was announced that Jay S. Hennick was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Colliers began in Australia in 1976 after Glynn Lynch & McHarg and Jones Lang Wootten & Sons merged under the Colliers name. In 1978, Colliers merged with Hong Kong-based Tony Petty & Associates.
Colliers in 1984 merged with Macaulay Nicolls. The following year, the company merged with American Realty Services Group. In 1992, the company merged with Jardines, a British firm.
During 2004, FirstService Corporation bought a controlling interest in Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, Colliers’ largest member. After gaining controlling interest, Macaulay Nicolls became First Service REA.
FirstService in 2006 purchased a majority stake in PGP Valuation and merged with the appraisal arm of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls. In 2007, FirstService acquired an 80 percent stake in PKF Hotel and Hospitality Consulting and a 60 percent stake in MHPM Project Managers.
FirstService purchased a 65 percent stake in GVA Williams. In 2009, FirstService gained control of Colliers after acquiring large shareholders. In October, Colliers invested in Colliers CRE, a London-based real estate services company.
The merger of Colliers and FirstService was announced. Following the merger in April 2010, Dylan Taylor became president and CEO of Colliers International’s US operations

Virtual Agents for Real World Problems
The Paragraphs module allows content creators to choose which kinds of paragraphs they want to place on the page, and the order in which they want to place them. They can do all of this through the familiar node edit screen. There is no need to resort to code, the dreaded block placement config screen or Panelizer overrides. They just use node edit form where all content is available to them in one place.
Morpht has taken the Paragraph concept and run with it – building a number of supporting Drupal 7 modules giving Paragraphs more base functionality and site builders some easy wins with some Paragraph bundles ready to go.
Better data for better decisions
We have found Paragraphs and associated modules to be a very successful recipe. Our clients love the plugability and extensibility of the system. if they need something new then we can build it. Oftentimes they are happy with the standard Paragraph bundles we can provide with Paragraphs pack. We are therefore continuing to build the ecosystem to support our own site building efforts. Bundles which have general application will be released back into Paragraphs Pack.
We are also committed to ensuring a great developer experience. Our modules do not ship as features. You won’t need to worry about overrides with us. All the site buider needs to do is enable the modules, make the required tweaks, if any, and capture the config in their own feature.
We are working on drop in backgrounds . We have plans for images, colours, classes and parallax scrolling as well. Backgrounds will be pluggable and can be applied to any paragraph if required.
